I am Matthew Davis, the proprietor of Bonvoyageprivatedining. I am originally from Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York- migrated to Kingston, Jamaica as an infant where I spent 16 years. My passion started from being in the kitchen and watching my mother cook and wanting to taste EVERYTHING! This passion soon turned into a career at age 16 in the hospitality industry. I was formally trained at PTC clearwater, where I spent 3 years perfecting my craft in French cuisine. During my tenure there I placed 1st place in Skills USA annual culinary college competition.
Our aim is to help you create memories at the dinner table, no hassle, no cleaning or cooking, just for you to relax and savor the moment.

Chef Marcus- a Florida native, began his career as a pâtissier at a young age and is always fine tuning his skills. His passion for great food along with his exceptional caring heart, makes him a great addition to our team.
Marcus shares the same passion that is at the core of Bonvoyageprivatedining. Clients rave about his phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. He truly has a desire to serve you with everything he has!
